A large wheelthrown shallow bowl decorated with carved Humpback Whales and seaweed. Approximately 8.5” in diameter, 2.5” tall. Black, Peacock and Blue slips were applied and then carved away to reveal the image. Clear glaze on the interior, Sapphire blue glaze on the exterior. One of a kind piece.
