Sgraffito Crows Jar (Orange and Light Blue)
Approximately 7" tall to tip of knob, 2.5" opening. Black Slip was applied to the white stoneware, and the crow/flower images were then revealed by carving away the negative space. Light blue and Orange glazes were applied to the flowers, then the whole jar and lid coated with a clear glaze. The interior is glazed in Coppernican Sky, a lovely teal.
