Large Rocky Shore Oval Serving Bowl
A beautiful interpretation of the Nova Scotia landscape.
Approximately 8"/9" in diameter (oval), 5.5" tall. Thrown on the wheel in white speckled stoneware and altered into a slight oval shape at the rim. The tree and rocky shoreline image was drawn with a black glaze pencil, then Sky blue, Clear, and Cobaltic Sea glazes were brushed on the exterior of the piece. Sky blue glaze continues in the interior. One of a kind.
