CUSTOMER CARE
We make custom pottery for our clients. Each item is hand thrown on the wheel, and glazed individually resulting in no two pieces being the same. While full place settings are identical for all practical purposes these items are not slip cast so minor differences should be expected.
We specialize in unique items but have several popular collections that two fishes pottery has become known for. These collections are often in stock items whereas custom pieces will have a creation time of approximately 4 weeks plus delivery time. We recommend you allow ample time for custom pieces to arrive to ensure they are available to you in time for your special event. RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased from two fishes pottery it is fully returnable within 30 days of receipt less shipping charges. Custom Pieces are, in some cases,non-returnable, instances where personalization or other unique requests would exclude the item from return. If this applies to your piece we will inform you before its creation to ensure your understanding and satisfaction.
We guarantee the safe delivery of your items and insist upon item returns to arrive in the same condition.
