Sgraffito Crow Butter Dish (Yellow)
Carved domed butter dish with a thrown handle.
Approximately 4" tall, dome opening measures 5" in diameter, bottom plate 5.75". Thrown on the wheel in white stoneware clay. The Crow and flower images were created by hand carving through the applied Black and Yellow slip. Clear glaze was then brushed on the outside, with Yellow glazed interior and rim. One of a kind.
