Mishima Squid Bowl (Cream)
Mishima is a type of surface design in which a coloured slip is inlayed into leather hard clay and then wiped back. Approximately 5.5" diameter, 2.5" tall bowl. Hand drawn squid image inlayed with black slip. Interior glazed in Light Blue, outside glazed in Cream. One of a kind piece made on the wheel with speckled stoneware clay. Shown with a teaspoon for scale.
